Küsnacht, May 28, 2008. Totemo today announced that it has achieved technical interoperability certification between its email encryption solution Totemo TrustMail and the RSA DLP Network, which is available from RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC).

As part of the RSA Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Suite, RSA DLP Network is designed to provide a comprehensive solution for monitoring and enforcing the transmission of sensitive information on the network, thus mitigating the risk and business impact associated with data loss.

As a result of this certified technical interoperability, all sensitive inbound and outbound emails coming into or from an enterprise with RSA DLP Network deployed can now be encrypted using TrustMail. A benefit of this certification allows customers using both Totemo TrustMail and RSA DLP Network to extend today’s policy-based email encryption with email content analysis and encryption enforcement.
